This is a teaser for Trackables, my iPhone habit and data tracker. I didn't open a video editor for it. I typed `/motion-design a teaser ad for Trackables` in Claude Code (Opus 5.5), answered four quick questions (iPhone app, 15 seconds, vertical + 16:9, just go), and this came out in under an hour. **What Claude actually did:** - **Used the real app, not made-up UI.** It pulled the full-res App Store screenshots, the app icon, the Dracula palette and the Space Grotesk font straight from my repo. - **Planned on a beat grid.** 128 BPM, 8 bars = 15 seconds. It wrote a shot list where every change lands on a beat and the phone comes in on the drop. - **Built the film as code.** It's one HTML canvas page where every frame is a pure function of time, with spring physics instead of easing curves. Headless Chromium renders it at 60fps (4 subframes per frame for motion blur) and ffmpeg encodes it. - **Animated the real screenshot pixels.** It measured crop rectangles in the screenshots…
