Animation libraries for Claude-made motion
Libraries are the animation code your agent writes against: GSAP and Anime.js for timelines, Motion and React Spring for React interfaces, Lottie and Rive players for exported animation files, and three.js for 3D. When a skill says it uses GSAP or renders three.js, this is the layer underneath.
How to choose: match the library to where the motion will live. For a website or app interface, pick one your framework already supports, such as Motion for React or Moti for React Native. For a rendered video, prefer animation you can seek to an exact time, because video renderers such as HyperFrames draw one frame at a time. For animation files that play inside an app, Lottie has players for the web, iOS, Android and Flutter, and Rive adds interactive state machines. Check the licence too: GSAP is free to use, but it ships under Webflow's GSAP Standard License, which bars its use in no-code animation builders that compete with Webflow.
A listing here is not a security audit. Read each project's licence and documentation before you add it.
