A Figma design turned into a Next.js site with Motion

Quoted $10,000 for site development, this founder built the site from a Figma design instead, with Claude Sonnet 4 doing most of the work. The stack: Next.js, Motion for every animation and Kombai for the front-end components. The creator reports losing a couple of days to a Figma agent that never worked before switching approaches. The result is a dark, scroll-animated marketing site for a Reddit distribution service.
