View on XI did a glasses ergonomics understanding test with opus 5.5. Every AR glasses team learns this the hard way that fit is essentially part of the optics. Move the frame 5 mm and the pupil falls out of the eyebox. Tilt the front and the virtual image tilts too. Every gram up front loads the nose. Claude Opus 5.5 built this explainer on a real head scan. Love that it got concepts of pantoscopic tilt , eye relief , wrap etc right. Human-factors folks, how close is it?
