I make videos with Claude + Remotion and the QA was eating more time than I expected. My critic subagents were checking every frame. That added 4+ hours per video and I was burning through three Claude plans lol. Made a skill called SageCut. Code checks the measurable stuff, Sage reads the frames, then Claude gets the selected frames to inspect and fix. Across six A/B tests in my workflow, I got the same output at about a quarter of the QA time and a tenth of the cost. Sage's pass over this video's 3,153 frames cost $0.16; Claude repairs are separate. Here's the skill: [https://github.com/levantolabs/sagecut-release](https://github.com/levantolabs/sagecut-release) I'm co-founder of Levanto, which makes Sage. The plugin is free/MIT, and Sage has $0.20 of free usage before paid plans. You'll need an API key. This version is tested on Remotion motion graphics; it doesn't speed up the actual render. If you try it on a project, lmk what it misses.
